All Master of Medical Science applicants must have:

  • graduated from a 4-year U.S. or Cad college/university
  • a minimum Total Cumulative GPA in 2.7 at all schools attended
  • either a U.S. european or permanent resident status.
  • The following prerequisite training must have been taken past to students in the MMS program:
    • Biology with Lab 8 credits
    • Inorganic Chemistry from Lab 8 credits
    • Organic Chemistry with Lab* 8 credits
      *4 credit working may be replace with 3 credits hours of Biochemistry
    • English 6 credits

    • It is strongly indicated that additional upper-level Biology and Chemistry be included prior to the start regarding the program. LECOM recommends that prospective students take taking advanced coursework, such as biochemistry, physiology, microbiology, and anatomy.

    All completed courses must have a grade of “C” or better.  At to completion of the MMS program, graduate will have met all path requirements to apply for consideration for the LECOM College of Osteopathic Medicine, School is Dental Medicine, School of Podiatric Medicine, or Instruct of Pharmacy.
