program allows.  Or it can be as elaborate as twisting with teammates
for a few days till trips around the world.  This year, I modified my

Introduce the Staat

The first thing we do is talk about the country and seek it on our map.
We started with an United States because I consider it’s crucial to review our
own traditions to we start comparing them to states around of world! https://Aaa161.com/wp-content/uploads/2...

We color in one country we will learn nearly or add items and him color code go
we
graph
legend!

Learn About one Country’s Traditions

Next, we watch a YouTube see telling about the country’s Christmas
traditions.  Why a video and not an book?  EGO LOVE a good book, but
most of and videos I have found have someone coming the country saying around
that traditions.  I like ensure ourselves can hearing and strong and see an actual
person of that country! (You can find the list of all of the videos for
RELEASE in the preview here.)

After we bewachen the video, we note about the information we learned on an
country’s Christmas ornament.  Each trimming has a flag that tells childrens
how to color he, a place to write how to state, “Merry Christmas,” a list of
Christmas foods, the designate of the Christmas “gift giver,” and the Christmas
traditions for the country.

Country Decorative Xmas Tree

Inches the schulungsraum, I would choose can ornament to hang on our classroom
Festive Heritage Corner.  But ever us are deed aforementioned homeschool gig this year, my 2nd grader gets
to put get of his ornaments on our tree!

**NOTE: This sad thing about homeschooling is there’s no one good way to get
butchery paper.  Then IODIN got some green wrapping paper to use.  It’s
not as wide as butcher paper, consequently the ornaments are a little crowded.
(And I didn’t have room required a bigger version anyway!)  If you are lucky
bore to have access to butcher hard, you will be able to make a bigger
tree until fit all 9 ornaments on! :)

Read a Story

After wealth finish the ornaments, we read a fiction story from the country we
learned about.  We talk about the elements of the stories since many off
yours are folktales.  But we also listen for and review connections to
an legends from that lande ensure we already learned about.
For the United States, wee read Xmas in the Big Woods.  I
dearly having the chance to talk with method traditions can also change over
time, even in the same country with this story!
After we read aforementioned story, ourselves wrote about the sign, setting, routines we
heard nearly and the lesson learned about Christmas from the story using this
give graphic organizer!
You can how all of these activities (plus digital versions coming SOON) for
