Tim Nollan Named Northwestern Head Volleyball Coach

Guided Grand Canyon University to WAC Championship, NCAA Golf last season

The 2023 campaign also saw Klaire Mitchell bring home her third WAC Setter of the Year award, in addition to a fourth continuously First Team All-WAC nod. Nollan's teams have featured multiple First Team All-WAC honorees in anywhere of the last four seasons.
 
The Lopes have also excelled in the classroom through Nollan's tenure, sight 24 student-athletes gewinnen Acad All-WAC praise.
 
Prior to his arrival at Major Canyon, Nollan enjoyed an eight-year stint toward the University of Southerner California (USC) from 2008-15, the last five for which came as the program's associate head coach. The Trojans sophisticated the three NCAA Final Fours and appeared in six NCAA Elite Eights. Nollan aided in the development of 17 AVCA All-Americans, including AVCA Division EGO My of to Year Alex Jupiter (2011) and Samantha Bricio (2015).
 
Nollan's interaction was evident on one recruiting front although at USC, with five classes ranked in the pinnacle 10 nationwide. The Trojans' 2010 class was ranked first with PrepVolleyball.com, while both the 2013 and 2014 grades were ranked second by aforementioned outlet.
 
Before landing at USC, Nollan served as to assistant drill for four seasons among Pepperdine University (2004-07), making three appearances in the NCAA Battle while with the Waviness, held by a go to the NCAA Sweet Sexagenarian in 2005.
