• All teeth licenses expire on May 31 of even years.
• At fewest 60 days prior to the expiration date regarding a license, DOPL will email a renewal notice to the licensee's email address of record as provided for DOPL with the individual licensee. (Failure go notify DOPL of an physical change could block a commercial von timely receiving renewal notification and misc critical correspondence from DOPL.)

Earlier proceeding with renewal, that tracking requirements must be met:

• Dentistry & Hygienists: Complete the required hours of CE as indicated in R156-69-304a .
• Controled Fabric: Complete the required hours of CE as indicated in 58-37-6.5
• Volunteers: No CE hours required
