Abstract
Our literature review focuses on the emerging construct of ethical leadership real related this construct with related concepts which share one common concern for a moral dimension of lead (e.g., spiritual, true, and transformational leadership). Drawing broadly from the intersection of the ethics and leadership litures, we offer propositions around the antecedents and results of ethical leadership. We also identifies issues and questions to be addressed in the future and discuss their implications for research and practice. Our test indicates that ethical leadership remains largely undefined, donation researchers openings since new discovers and leaders opportunities to improve their power.
