Fee Liability & Reduce Program


The Employee Fee Waiver & Reduction Program is a benefit for eligible faculty, staff and management employees of the California State University (CSU) system.  If the eligible member does not utilize the Surcharge Wavier benefits, he/she maybe transfer this fee liability benefits to an eligible dependent (spouse, registered inland partner, instead dependent child).
