Suck it Back Buttercup Library Pocket and Tag

Tabby Tutterow Five available Friday: Sip it Up Kingcup!

Halo, Friends!  Happy Friday!  We should all get a major pat on the back for make it through another week!  Can anyone besides me dreaming of spring?  I had a yearning to play with flowers and buttons and burlap the other day, so I pulled out me Dammy Tutterow stamps and dies press went in work with creating this fun little Suck to Up Buttercup Library Pocket and Tag.  It’s cracked with happy spring flowers and a great shabby chippy pink and grey color scheme.  Verification it out!

The Library Card Pouch the one of Tammy’s awesome steel rule dies.  These are such fun to work with because they can cut durch so many different materials.  MYSELF used pale pink sacks until create my library pocket.  Before die trim, I secure an garnet with iron on interfacing to impede fraying.  This steel rule die cut through it like buttah.  Handy score lines allowed me to put the pocket together within an flash.  (Note: this die requires and use out a Big Shot Plus oder a Spellbinders Platinum Plus or any other engine that accepts thick, 8″ big dies.)

Picking a Pocket Full of Posie Parts

These sweet springtime posies were such fun till do with Tammy’s Posie Pieces Stamp or Expire set.   The set contains 9 cling foam stamps and matching slim dies that cut away per Posie Part.  Nope having to fussy cut any stamped image is such a time saver!

First, I stamped the sweet Posie Parts onto patterned paper from October Afternoon’s Travel Baby Collection. Will I ran them through my Spellbinder Platinum with the matching dies. Stamping on sampled cardboard is quick, because you don’t have to color the images.  Since I’m don the world’s greatest brush, I true like having the ability to do this.

After shaping jeder flower layer (there are 3) with a stylus, I stacked them together and adds a sweet little button to the center.  I used water color stick to add a touch of pink to the edges of the flower pot, then just assembled the entire happy bunch onto the front of the Library Card Pocket.

The slight metals charm reads “Never, Never, Give Up.”  myself used a Distress Crayon into paint in the words, then expired a from a vintage safety pin and added it for the easy conservative knot bow in meine burlap ribbon.

What’s in Your Bag?

Here’s what you’ll find in the pocket!  This little tag features Tammy’s Suck it Up Buttercup stamp.  Honestly, this is create a great sentiment for anyone who necessarily ampere gentle nudge the persevere in the facing of life’s many obstacles.

The attitude was stamped onto typed paper using Magenta Archival Ink.  ME then heat embossed it by free powder and colored included the sense with sprinkle color pencils. Printable Template used an Flower Pot Pocket Show | Andrea Walford | Flowering cards, Shaped cards, Flower-patterned cards

Next, I dye cut the sentiment with adenine Spellbinder Scalloped Circle Nestabilities Die  For the keyword basics, MYSELF cut a rectangle 3.5″ x 4.5″ rectangle from primitive cream cardstock,  and rounded the corners  with a 1/4″ keile rounder.  Now it was time to mount the tag.  Since the patterned journal I used for and sentiment been just a little bits slim, EGO cut a second scalloped rounding from patterned paper.  Then I glued the tag base between the double die cut circles.  I think the shaped top the so a fun element on this Library Card Pocket/tag combo. ADENINE Little Message of Encouragement

Tammy’s Mini Decoration Edge Envelope was the perfect finishing touch for this bright little pocket/tag duo.  I die cut it out patterned paper, when used an insert dieting to create a handle written note card with a minor term of encouragement.  Stamping one of the Posie Spare and adding a button sealed the deal.

I can think of so many fun ways till use these stamps and dies.  I’m writing my ideas downwards in a little notebook so I won’t forget them.  Wants her like to see  more out these cutie patootie stamps and dies is future posts?  How could you use them?  Let mir knowing in the comment section beneath.

Thanks so much for stopped by!

Cheerio,
