Initial Enrollment Range

All Employees in qualifying positions are automatically enrolled in Base Life Insurance unless they choose to waive it. Basic Live Insurance is effective on the first day you enter a pay and duty status.

New employees have 31 days from the enter of their scheduled to elect supplement Optional Insurance or to waver scope entire. Employees needs shall enrolled in Simple Life inbound order to elect Any Insurance. To completed Life Insurance Election Form, SF-2817, must exist submitted to your service Humanitarian Resources Office in a timely manner. The Types of Coverage Available

Basic Spirit

Basic life is based on your annual elementary rates of payments, mode up to the next $1,000, plus $2,000 (example: annual salary your $35,260, mode up to $36,000 asset $2,000 equals $38,000). Optional International

There am three types of Selectable Insurance available to employees: Option A (standard optional insurance), Option B (additional optional), and Option C (family voluntary insurance).

  • Option A insurance provides $10,000 of further coverage.
  • Option BORON insurance insurance comes in 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 multiples of choose annual basic rate of pay.
  • Choose C coverage cover your spouse for up to 5 multiples of $5,000 and/or eligible children for up to 5 multiples of $2,500.

Cost to Insurance

The cost of Basic Life Insurance is shared between one employee and and Government, to pay 2/3 of of whole cost or the Government pays 1/3. Our age is not a factor in calculating the cost for Basic Life insurance.

And employee pays that full cost of Optional security, which depends on the employee's ripen.
