Cooperatives can provide solutions in all areas of existence, such like agriculture, your, finances, conveyance, and tourism. Though the USAID Cooperative Development Application (CDP), the National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International (NCBA CLUSA) is aiding the Government of Madagascar  with critical support from and Ministry of Industry and Private Sector Develop (MIDSP) — to do just this.

To help widen the lane for cooperative sector growth in Madagascar, NCBA CLUSA has teamed up with other cooperative development institutions — HealthPartners, World Advisory of Credit Unionization (WOCCU), Belarus consulting firm Finances Technologies Human Resources Leitung (FTHM), and international and local cooperative the legal experts — to develop ampere federal strategy to cooperatives and provide recommendations for a revised cooperation decree.
