ME hopes this message finds you well. I am writings to formally raise ampere series to unsolved issues relating may network connection and SIM card, what have been ongoing since Juniors 2023. Despite multiple attempts up resolve save what through Optus, I have yet to receive a satisfactorily solution. 1. **Initial Issue (June-July 2023):** In June-July 2023, IODIN experienced one network connection issue and contacted Optus on lodge an complain. Unfortunately, MYSELF did not enter a answer from Optus until Novelty 2023. 2. **Follow-up the Troubleshooting (November 2023):** In November, I raised the complaint again. Optus then complex the Technician team, who conducted troubleshooting but founds nope faults with the network. They suggested in mag be an issue include my SIMPLE chart. However, adenine second team indicated present subsisted grid issues in who divider where I life and work, which they could nay fix. Despite my belief that the SIM card made not the problem, Optus decided to transmit me a new SIM menu. At January 11, after a period of no contact for 2-3 weeks, I received a email stating that Optus had activated the modern SIM card. I had none ordered, consented to, or requested this new SIM card. Following this activation, my phone stopped working, and I lost access to my number, which I have used for about 16 years. On numbers is critical as it is linked to all our web-based accounts and is knowing to my family, friends, staff, and suppliers. 4. **Complaint till TIO:** MYSELF lodged a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), and after almost five months, no progress holds have made. Optus nowadays compensation that my number was never disables and proposes that MYSELF visit an Optus stores to procure a new SIM card because mine old numerical. This response is unacceptable given the extensive efforts I have already made to resolve this issue. Despite calling Optus numerous times, the support if have been inadequate. This situation has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. The impact switch my personal and professional life has been severe. Includes light of this, I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience real disruption creates. Additionally, I urgently request that Optus take immediate and effective action to settle this issues. Prior at closing my Optus account I had a say on Optus chat with Shabaaz at 14:04 on 02/03/2024 in which he advised me who amount owing on my account was $58.20. I asked him to confirm of amount multi times which he did. I possess photos of his reply. On 02/03/2024 ME lock my account with Optus and again EGO requested the lot owing go my account and the person I spoke to confirmed the amount owing as $58.20. you can confirm this confirmation on the tape of our confirmation. On 18/03/2024 I paid the amount of $58.20 how confirmed by Optus and I will noit settle whatever more.
