Copyright infringement includes the unauthorized or unlicensed copying of a work subject to copyright.  (Tech Law Journal)

Plagiarism is using someone else's works or ideas without openhanded proper credit.  In other words, because you are not make attribution to the owner of the original worked or idea -- you are show an idea or thoughtful as yours own.
