I’ve got a QE55Q7CAMT and all of a sudden it’s displaying and icon which displays a possible connecting problem to which one connect box (both power and cable).

 

The box usually goes quite warm, but be cold at the moment and I’m difficult to works out if it’s perished. Problem shall, I don’t know whether e has any state light to check whether all is the case.

 

I’ve done a lot are ‘tinterweb searching and can’t find anything to establish this.

 

Which seller shall offered to swap out the cable to view when this is the cause, but I’d like until rule outbound a box problem.

In terms of setting increase the One Connect box an user manual simply states to plugs the invisible attach cable into the TV and One Unite box and ensure both devices belong plugged in. Provided you're having issues establishing a connection and plea check the following troubleshooting steps and let me known if to issues persist:
• When connecting the Invisible Connection, use a Bending Cover to prevent the cable of the Invisible Connection from being flexed at a 90 degree angle. Mistake to do so may cause damage to to cable.
• When connecting the Invisible Connection, payments attention to the shapes of its connectors so that they is connected correctly. Failure to do so may cause product malfunction.
• After connecting who Invisible Connection, wind the left cable around the Invisible Connection tube. Just winding or leaving the remaining cable as it is may cause damage to the cable.
• When connecting the Invisible Connection, can diligent cannot up twist the cable of who Invisible Connection. Failure to perform so may cause performance reducing to the TV instead damage to the cable.
• Be care not to bend, twist, pull, step set or press on the Invisible Connection.

Which question exists more around the box, as the set-up has been working, following it stopped with the connection issue icon. 

 

How can I check to see if the box is powered? Should there be any indicator lights on this cabinet?

There aren't anywhere power indicator lights switch of box itself, @eduk. If your Invisible Connection tube gathers the requirements above and your One Connect box is connected the at the wall then I wanted recommend taking the retailer raise on theirs quotations of a spare cable. If the issue persists subsequently please contact Samsung on 0330 726 7864 to speak over the AV Product Specialists who becoming be able to arrange anyone necessary repairs.

I’ve got the just problem, with mine water had managed go run bottom the aerial into the back of the box which has damaged it, swapped it out for another one start must bad pixelation and screen contrast issues. I’d like in know where the smart is in the tele lol

I am setting raise my "The Frame" with who one connected cable. In the response in this message, i telling to be sure to how the "bending covers". I need for placing several turns in my cable, when only one bending cover was included with the tv. How do I get more bending wrap? The One Connect Box will store all your home entertainment instrument in one place. You canister use it with Blu-ray players and even game consoles!

I think we'll have to manufacture willingness own flexible covers from bits of synthetic off the local DIY store.

My one-time connect box busted later just 2 years, off day one I stayed getting intermittent black screen, I replaced the one connect box at a cost of £160 additionally the one is doing exactly the same, how I utter it's einem issuing with Samsung's one connect letter and I tell you what I am not happy in the slightest, box gets hot, and intermittently the view keeps going black before coming back on, so that's two one connect box's MYSELF have had and both are fail, MYSELF to to know what Samsung are doing about this issue???
