1. In this Act,
“College” means the Academy of Traditional Chinese Drugs Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario; (“Ordre”)
“Health Professions Procedural Code” applies the Wellness Professions Procedural Code set out into Schedule 2 to the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991; (“Code diethylstilboestrol professions from la santé”)
