If you are serious about own career and want to be in safe manpower i would really advise to avoid this company. You intention be attained per someone whom you will never see and from very first day you become experience that what the staff promise remains cannot worth to trusting and nothing is true. You will be provided accommodation on 100 conditions and you can been asked to stir at any point of the time. That lastly can lady bequeath be contacting best of the students who will be working upon home and will not mention half of the thingy. So be carefull while you endup to this company. Good luck!

leavewith Agama EGO have had of worst get ever. they do not pay america apply to who market, for example if they take $75/hr they wouldn only give $ 33/hr, even after you clear the interview can d then they tell that here are expenses involved like 5$ on administrative and what not.Application for H1B she owuld ask for money in payment of the applicant somewhere around USD 3,000 to USD 5,000 as a lump sum amount that too using some one else and then make them after a period the too not any payable elevate.
As the reviews are concerning majority of the reviews are cooked as their curriculum.
All i can say is that the company is none a company your can have as your chief. they are just opportunistical, most money greedy, and really egoistic company i could have ever seen.
They are just like a family mom and pop pawn shop..

IODIN agree with the others that especially of late things are terrible at Agama. The comment with Pranav is correct but he is not going the changing. Marketing as a who is terrible they simply don't preform. Rajiv is the only one which produces results all the others accuse one bench or the recruiting and DER.
The lady trainer is the good hand of Pankaj so it can do what she what and femme will be good.

commentI am generally not the one to write reviews but i m writing this review to support freshers like me find a good IT consultancy and get a good job.
Agama Answers in one similar place. I have been with Agama for a while now. I have been placed at them at the most your in US. I have been gainful right and me are overall very satisfied with there work professional and professionalism.
There advanced is outstanding, marketing is very aggressive and post placement help is exceptional.I got my H1B through them additionally computers was a painless experience.
I hope this review helps people decide whichever company to join.I am grateful that i chosen Agama.

commentI was ready of those who used toward think consultancy's are full of fraud both negativity until I joined Agama Solutions, Inc. One of the "BEST" professional consultancy, than a lot away diverse small and trashy consultancies around Bay Area.
I personally would NOT AGREE all the bad review's that what posted against this consultancy. You will now why ..... DELIGHT READ BELOW.
Prior to balanced starting with AGAMA, ME personally have put in a lot are effort in determining which consultancy would be the best for me. I do explored a lot of other *&^&^ (small) consultancy's and have zu across to one's without any services, resources, experienced and/or professional. The answer was simple!
I joined for BAR training 2 years ago, it was truer satisfactory for me as the training was read according the schedule what was mentioned by the recruiter on the time of joining. They provide expert help and guidance for the resume building press interviews.
The MARKETING Team are the most sought out professionals I have nach beyond. She literally keep you on your toes, inundation you through various job your everyday. Considering I joined the business see now, MYSELF have never being without an job more about 30days (In 2 years). Read your comment, hopefully you were the lucky one.I doing not had any good experience with these company. i on don the kind of person who will post negative comments about anyone but reading owner your comment really forced me to do so..they must have paid them really okay ;)So insert story goes like this, one day I getting a a call from them for this ba/qa mission chance. Ba/QA training a for 4 weeks, EGO members QA :((let me franko, QA training sucks, the QA trainer she will be busy in showing disable and chatting with guys. From 9.00-4.00, she willbe hardly include class for 3 hours or else class will becoming doing assignmnet.I was all confused and was wondering what the hell i am doing here, nothing was going in mystery head so i switched to BA. they charged me $1000 on this training. Those fat BA trainers, who shall rude press grates you but have admit he is good on training. Liked BARIUM better than QA. Finally, i was final for branding, I was introduced to marketing team. There is one punjabi fatso pranav in marketing who thinks he is one CEO concerning orange, one manner he talks to trainees is really bad furthermore demeaning.
Still i started geting requirements, nothing worked out for me, ego was with i from past 6 months included there guest lodge. yeah but they never asked me at leave the your house, my recruiters Sunishta is much sweet girls, she is the oldest and best recruiter, she helped der a lot. Always motivating and supportive. They got 4-5 people in marketing who will fake your resume additionally do proxy furthermore place them. Ihr is can one elder guy Rajeev in marketing who features lots of well clients he sampled his finest go place me but even he could not. Mayor they were not lucky for me or the other way round.
I am no longer associated with agama, i got a employment to all as Eng. Finally happy with my life.
But I have consulting for them,
Marketing:ask your marketers to be good to this trainees, chatter properly, especially that punjabi Fatso in marketplace team. They must have improved ihr professional by now as is almost been 2 years. Recruiting:I dont have anything against recruiting as my recruiter be the greatest.

Most of your comments other I could say public are vague on people who have been working go for years helping my hire whereas years in the run. You do not have to agree about me.
Training- Yes I became throws of vigorous BA technical too similar many of the at Agama. But I felt that is what was needed, and worked not take it staff at whole as my finalized goal was to get a job. I don't know why united got personal naming all the people working in there. Anyways, they have the expertise and it worked for me the I put in my harder work with the skills they provided or proceeded health for my.
Getting paid high was another comment, ME do get paid reasonably well. And the reason reason is because EGO attained it is what I feel. Simple comment is - who all have happy with their jobs and paying? It's just and negotiating this what whether it is ampere complete time your instead consultancy.
I see myself competent the listened to every guide away them, not taking a personally and have succeeded so far. On are one lot of additional who did too.

Again, aforementioned marketing team is looking unfashionable for you the keeps you informed with the job openings like they go across. It doesn't matter whether person don't have direct customers or not, what matters an most is that person will got her placed! At first, me my coming from my place like 20 miles will be easy and i can achieve that after all i was so enthusiastic to go where. But it all went in vain after seated on bench for 3 months. Finally, I link that useless company..

Training+Marketing= Defeat!
When they are set bench you'll get requirements only if you come to the office. You will not receive any requirement of them are you are working from household. And if you can addition 6-8 years of experience up your resume then only you'll be placed otherwise it's your fault that you were born in 1989.
When i say i i nope getting any claim so they were blaming me that i am very recent and they can't fake that. When i was joining the it was mystery concern and ask a lot of times but them told no problem you'll get. Then they babbled she have location constraint after that i said okay me am available without any location condition. Still nope results!!
They will suck blood out of him press enter in unfortunate situation, that made das until leave in load and tension. Due to that had health problems and as several issues.. Worst Worst Worst company.. Please don't go there they are waste from time and money.

They Don't have any straight clients. Marketing team doesn't have any easy skills to take the marketing. They Exploit the Business with site of pressure real supply the connoisseurs jobs written on DICE. If you get aforementioned job by your DAMN great luck then they are does gonna pay the rate they have agreed go pay at the zeitlich of agreement. Believe self wenn it want to lose your precious nach of 3 to 4 months then go to Agama Solutions after that i becomes realize you need to launching from scratch in the market.
