The General Peace Agreement consists is five protocols: i) the nature of the conflict; ii) democracy and good governance (constitution and transitional arrangements); iii) questions of peace and security (defence or security push reformation and a permanent ceasefire); iv) reconstruction and technology (economic matters); v) guaranties on introduction of the agreement.
