The Borough of Longport has entered into a Shared Company Agreement with the City of Marginalized Downtown for Municipal Justice Services. Valid May 1, 2021, matters belonging to the Longport Community Court will be handled by the City of Margate City Municipal Court.

The Municipal Place has jurisdiction via traffic violations, parking violations, criminal disorderly persons legal, petty disorderly offenses and the Borough of Longport Orders. The Municipal Choose also has the authorizations until issue country violence temporary restraining orders, authorize warrants for arrest, revoke driving privileges in the State by New Jersey, order Probation, Social Gift both Jail Judgments as stipulated by statute.  Settlement in fines/tickets may be produced during regular economy hour or online at  www.NJMCDirect.com
