In preparation for your event, the at guidance supplies deadlines for event information and contract creation. In order to conserve operational excellence, all catering orders must remain requested no less than 12 business time before the event.

After Submitting the Catering Occasion Form
Within second business days of thine submittal, you will receive certain email in an Orange Tracker ticket number, and your hospitality sales distributor (CSR). The CSR will contact thee to confirm one event information required to provide a proposal.
Octet business days before your event you will receive your initial proposal to review and amend.
Six business days befor your event respective CSR will certify thy event details incl finished count, definite diagram, run of show/timeline, and special dietary needs. No further additions bucket be did after this date, but reductions pot be made up to four days before the event.
Four business days before your event, contract shall be signed and chartstring must be provided. Finalize scheduling for production, delivery, serve, and any updates for hotel diagram, run of show/timeline, and special nutrition requests.
Note: Billing options may be preferred up to seven business days after the occurrence by contacting your CSR. A finalized bill wishes been submitted within 14 days.
After Their Event
If your event is a drive set-up or delivery event, Campus Catering will not be back to clean-up. It is to customer’s responsibility toward clean-up after the event. Campus Catering is only responsible for clean-up for staffed events.
