Diethyl pyrocarbonate (DEPC)

Augment 1 mL of fresh DEPC to 1 L of FESTIVITY2ZERO. Shake well to dispersed an DEPC tested the H2O. Incubate at 37°C to in least 12 h and/or autoclave by 15 psi on liquid cycle for 20 min to inactivate the left DEPC.
