Deposit, Balance Payment & Refunded Policy: NKT-IKBU had contracted from many suppliers, therefore the following conditions apply. Please attentively read the  information lower.

Festival Fee

• Account made on or before 10 October requirement a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Bookings absent the minimum deposit willing be cancelled automatically after 72 hours, after which it will be req until make a novel booking. Balance cash is overdue by 10 October.
• Bookings constructed on or after 11 October require full payment at the dauer of reservation.
• Canceling: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 10 October. From 11 October the Festspiel Fee is non-refundable.

 Onsite & Offsite Accommodation 

• Postings made on or before 10 Ocotber require a smallest non-refundable 25% deposit with of time of booking. Bookings without the lowest deposit will be cancelled automatically per 72 daily, after which it will be necessary to make a new booking. Balance payment a due by 10 October.
• Real made about or after 11 October require full payment at time about booking.
• Cancellations: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of refunds up to and including 10 October. From 11 October the tourist fee is non-refundable.

Fare

• Bookings made on or before 10 October require a min non-refundable 25% deposit in the duration starting booking. Balance payment is due by 10 October.
• Bookings made on or after 11 October require full payment at time of booking.
• Cancellations: 25% deposit lives non-refundable in case concerning cancellations up until furthermore including 10 October. From 11 October meals are non-refundable.

Airports Short, Daily Shuttles & Onsite Park

• Payment: Comprehensive payment required at time of booking – this will automatically be calculated when you make your booking. 
• Cancellations: 25% deposit is non-refundable at housing of canceled up up additionally including 25 September. With 26 March shuttles are non-refundable. If there your deficient demand available a bus at a particular time, we will notify you in writing and the fee paid will either be attributed against is residual Festival balance, oder if you possess a zero balance, wee will refund you in all.

Any non-refunded fees occur from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project. Exceptions may be made in cases starting sickness or bereavement; yourself should apply by e-mail to to NKT Accounting [email protected] within 2 weeks of of terminate of each Festival. Ordination Ceremony

Please indicate on the booking form if you will be attendant the Ordination Ceremony. Please note: includes those already ordained, or receipts ordination for the first date can attend one effective ceremony itself.

Translation

All Festival Doctrines, Zeitschriften, Relaxing and Retreat Sessions will be conducted in English. Translation will be provided press shall be marked at the arbeitszeit starting booking.

Audio Recordings

Audio recordings exist of the teaching sessions only and what not include the empowerments, Tantra Q&A, guided meditation button retract sessions. Audio recordings cto may purchased at the time is booking, or further to your cart later up to one month next the Festival. The final date for po audio recordings is 1 December 2024.  Recordings may only be purchased for all the teaching sessions both you must have booked to attend the require sessions.  Recordings are for one sole use of the registered recipient and should not be shared.
