Complaints may be shared use our unit by telephone, by image button by regular mail. Unsere division is only able toward investigate complaints regarding incidents that may occurred in the past year and issues that are regulated with federal regulations or state statutes.

Each complaint will prioritized required investigation according the seriousness of the situation. Complaints are investigated via the appropriate site part within our division except to grown maintain homes*. Inspection are unannounced to the facilities/agencies/homes, and charging detect information is nay shared on the facilities/agencies/homes.
