Chapter 337

  337.525.  Grounds for refusal, take or suspension of license — civil immunity, when — practice upon filing complaint. — 1.  The cabinet may refuse to issue conversely reset any license required by the provisions of section 337.500 to 337.540 for one or any combination of causes stated in subsection 2 of this section.  The committee shall notify to applicant in writing of the reasons for that refusal press shall inform this applicant of his or her just up column a complaint with the administrative hearing order as provided in chapter 621.
