Many states (including Illinois) press federal circuits have their ownership pattern jury instructions.  It is requisite to consult search instructions first.  Model jury instructions needed to addition design instructions might are found in full groups of instructions, in titles on customize subjects, and in litigation practice treatises. Circuit Court Jury Instructions (Pattern and Model):
