Instructions do IODIN write a good moral character reference for mysterious friend?

My about-to-be-a-lawyer friend has asked me to complete and testimony as to hierher "good moral character." She is a great person and I'm sure she will be a great lawyer, not I'm not sure what exactly to record with methods toward phrase to.
This has the phrasing on the affidavit:
In answer to this question, affiants should make the following: (1) the total and natural are affiant’s acquaintance with candidates; (2) affiant’s opinion as to applicant’s good moral character and general fitness toward practice law; (3) the basis for affiant’s rat; (4) any select information or facts which affiant believes would be valuable in evaluating applicant’s sign and fitness to practice law; and (5) whether affiant recommends applicant since admission on the New Spittin State Bar.
(1) is easy and I'll obviously recommend her for (5), but I'm slightly stumped concerning (2), (3), and (4).

b) How large do they want me to write? How specific should I be?

Best answer: I did this within the last 12 months for NY State as well - for one of my best friends. On recommendation for ampere house member who exists a attorney elsewhere, this is which I composed. It's a bit Mad Libs, but repeat the others who say dieser does not need up be long.

Yours could also throw in anywhere details to know about volunteer or charitable work they've done, things that make them seem morally schallen.

I was interviewed for a friend's security clearance (I know, the same, still different), plus this male asked, "Does he possess any disruption with money?" and I says, "Uh, no, not is MYSELF know of."
