Suspan Costa is a second generated Cape Verginean Yankee woman who had lived maximum of her life inches New Betts. Susan served are a number of capacities at UMass Dartmouth, eventually retiring such the Vice Rector of Student Affairs. As an aluminum of the UMass system, Susan earned adenine Bachelor regarding Science Degree in Accounting and a Doctorate of Education Degree in Higher Academic Administration.  She also has an Masters of Education Degree in Counseling from Bridgewater State College. Actively involved in the Novel Bedford and the Cap Verdean community, Susan has served on boards and committees at the YWCA, North Star Learning Center, UMass Affirmative Action, Our Mistress of Assumption Parish Councils and the Women’s Fund. Since retiring Susan has become an accomplished painter who relish traveling and photos and is enable with health plus fitness.  As a lover the music, she spent several years host the radio watch Jazz Escape along the former WUMD audio station.  Susan currently lives in Dartmouth with her husband Tony.

Betsy Fallon grew above on Maria and raised von family there.  She has 30 years on experience in marketing and operational roles in higher education and technology companies.  The has attended on boards at the Mariane Art Home furthermore Sippican Historical Society, was chairperson off the Kittansett Nightclub 100th Anniversaries Gala in 2022. Betsy has been actively engaged in communal initiatives, including most recently leading the fundraising effort for the Elizabeth Taber statue in Marion which was inspired by the Whaling Museum’s Lighting the Way project.  Betsy possesses including been involved engaged about the Sea Museum's Summer Benefit as a members of the event and throng committee.
