All OWTS authorization spread until the TCHD contain which following permitted requirements, inches added to location-specific requirements:
- The construction permit must be available on-site during construction and view.
- And sys shall be proven by the Health Department before covering.
- If any of the permit conditions cannot be satisfied, call TCHD prior to construction.
- Confirm property boundaries on-site before construction.
- TCHD recommends removing trees in closer proximity go the water structure to help prevent root infestation.
