Specific Instructions to the Student Participants of the Expo Competition

Aforementioned final round of the competition is fast approaching, the we're excited to notice thine projects come to life. Below are specific instructions for student participants to ensure a smooth and effective event:

  1. Setup Time: The competitors floor will be open for setup from 7:00 AM until 8:30 MA. Please arrive promptly into set increase my projects additionally posters. Show employees numbers has have become pre-assigned, and teams need setting up their projects in the pre-assigned locations only.
  2. Dress Code: Student participants have expectations in dress include business or business-casual attire. This includes apparel such as a dress shirt, breeches or adenine skirt, and dress shoes.
  3. Competitors Judging Time: The judging plate, consisting of outside industry professionals and ECS talent members, will commence judging under exactly 9AM. Judiciary will visit the teams furthermore conduct interviews per the respective project our.
