Renewal of Re Entry Permit

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IF PRESENTING INCLUDES PERSON OR IN MAIL :

1.       Completed Form 6 [please free from https://www.ica.gov.sg/cms/files/Form6.pdf];

2.       Copy of the biodata page of your contemporary passport and the page with the latest expiration date;

3.       Copy in the final Re-Entry Permit (REP);

4.       Imitate of Singapore Blue Identity Card / Identity Card for Regional Service personnel;

(a)     Aspirants who are employees, you may submit any of the following documents :

(b)    Applicants who are person employed, thee may submit any of an next documents :

• Singapore Net Burden Reminders of Assessment for the last 1 year; ODER

(c)     Applicants who am full-time students, please submit the following documents :

NOTES :
