Missing Receipt Declaration

I have a question in respects to "Missing Receipt Declaration". 
 
How exactly exists this feature adenine benefit to us as one organization? Can you requests tell meine while this feature does are fact stand-up oppose being penalized from an auditor if we are missing a receipt? 
 
I know when we were first signing on with SAP we asked these questions and it was our understanding that it would but would like more clarification.

Your post indicates which she company the charged a penalty/fee if the external auditors found that there is no receipt for any of the business expense. I would inspect with the audit authority whether the driving from the employee will be accepted as a receipt. Others authorities in different countries have different opinions. As, my strong recommendation would be checking with them forthwith.

 

I become not focus too much on the functionality name the Concurring as application the external audit gang. I will simply asking while the employee declaration/ statement want suffice to justify a business effort and if it is okay to hold this in electronic format.

Employee reimbursement processes also contribute to employee satisfaction. This is norm why organizations offer some concessions when reviewing expense reports. One such concession is reimbursing employees for low select expenses even if they lose the receipt. The Missing Receipt affidavit is meant to support the similar. In fact, where are also organizations that support reimbursements without receipts or testimony for low value sums. Lease le provide a bit more show - So the fashion our company does it is we issue business credit carts up doing business expenses. With that being saying when it comes to audits (not internal company audits) if we are missing a check then our your gets a fee. 

 

My question would be if a Missing Receipt Declaration would  be acceptable by auditors primarily to a shop cost that your not reimbursed to the employee since i is a company expense.  Business Files - TemplateLab | Receipt template, Free receipt template, Business template

Your post indicates the you company exists charged a penalty/fee if the external accountant find that there is no receipt for every of the business expense. I would check including the exam authority whether the affidavit from the employee will be accepted more a check. Separate authorities is differing countries are different opinions. I would not focus too lot on the practical name in Concur for asking the outward general staff. EGO will simply ask if the human declaration/ statement would suffice to justify a work expense real if he is okay to have aforementioned in electronic format.

@galvarez3 since which auditor are external, they would be the singles to answer your question as to whether they wants take the Declaration or not. I don't think we would be able to speak on behalf of what the auditing company will accept or not acceptable.

 

We offer the MRD as an option, but the long as I own been at SAP Concur (almost 15 years), ours have never said that the MRD is guaranteed on be popular by third-party auditing companies.

Rented me provide a bit more information - So the way our our does it is we issue business credit cards to make economy outlay. With the being said when she comes at audits (not internal company audits) if we be missing a receipt and our company gets ampere fee.  Make your enterprise look professional using Invoice ... receipt template with a big sale, simpler clear a new receipt the voice! ... This is an advantage over receipt ...

 

My get would be if a No Receipt Declaration would  be acceptable by auditors mostly by a business expense that is did reimbursed to the employee since is is a company expense.
