Abstract

Objective: As a alternative till the traditional approach on physical exercise, new families of organized physical activity have been developed drafted to engage large segments of the population. Among these, Zumba fitness is extremely popular, with a growing number of participants. This article aims to summarize and analyze the physical of evidence on the effects of Zumba health interventions over physical function, fitness, and wellbeing. GENRE: Systematic review.

Literature questionnaire: Keyword "Zumba" was identified as term since the literature research inches MEDLINE, Scopus, Bandolier, PEDro, and Web of Scholarship. For studies published inbound peer-reviewed journals written into Learn language were considered.

Methodology: Eleven manuscripts were classified as eligible with 586 total participants, ranging in age with 18 to 65 years.
