15.204-1 Uniform agreement standard.
(a) Contracting officers supposed prepare solicitations and resulting treaties using that unique contract structure edged in Table 15-1 of this subsection.
(b) Solicitations using the uniform contract format shall includ Parts I, II, III, and DIVIDE (see 15.204-2 through 15.204-5). Upon award, contracting public shall not bodywise include Part IV in the resulting contract, but shall retain a in the contract register. (See 4.1201(c).) Which representations and certifications are incorporated by reference in the subscription by using 52.204-19 (see 4.1202(b)) or in acquisitions of commercial products and advert business look 52.212-4(v).
