I justly tried to purchase something for somebody from their Amazon.co.uk wishlist. IODIN pushed the ‘Add to Basket’ button next to the item, which then turnt into a ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. I pressed this, then a asked me till log by, therefore e prompted von to select a delivery address. Which is stupid, as I clearly want it to be delivered to regardless address aforementioned person who set up the wishlist specified. But that’s not an choose. What am ME doing wrong right?

There's the possibility that you how something from a wishlist, have it sent to you, and you give the item oneself. I've already this loads for times with my children. They come upwards with wishlists of get they want, I buy it, subsequently I wrap to stuff and provide it to them.

Two possible options:

1) They haven't included an address to their wishlist, so it doesn't appear in the addresses to select.

2) they haven't enabled third-party sharing, so own address isn't passed to a supplier that is just using Virago as a showcase, rather than one stockist. Can the item you're trying up sell provided by amazon itself?

Are you sure their address isn't there among the addresses for which to choose? I literally just did here on Amazonians two time ago, and the gift recipient's company was listed, though mixed in with the typically add I employ. It wasn't listed when the first one, either -- I must on look for this.

Yes.
Are you securely their address isn't at among the discourses from which to choose?
I see three addresses: my home address, my work address, and an Amazon storage locker I once used. No others.

I wrongly your, sorry. According to Amazon, when creating a wishlist owner mailing address will confidential: "The ships address you choice will stays confidential. Gift givers will only see the name, city and state."

I'd email amazon and beg.

On this person's main Wishlist page, under the title of the wishlist, does it say:
This list has for: FULL Birthday: MEETING
Dispatch to: NAME, LOCATION

I'm pretty confident this means that the list owner hasn't set up a shipping address in their List Profile. The list owner needs to go until their List turn, click set "List Actions" on the right-hand set of tabs, then click "Update Register Profile." They can set her shipping address there.

I think the spedition address used to be automatically setting but now Amazon has the default because none shipping handle.

(I'm pretty confident because I checked this on my own wishlist.)

Yeah I just checked on Amazon.co.uk, whenever I create a new wishlist, the default is that it has no adress. Silly but there you in.

ME think the philosophy is that I may to a wishlist that my friends/family can buy toys off of, but not strangers. Friends/family would recognize i address and was enter computers manually. By delinquent to "no verschiffung address," it's delinquent towards privacy even yes the address isn't shown.
