I ask whether I should submit one original letter the recommendations other photocopies would do? Select about the paper of my diploma and award certificates? Do IODIN need for get all of them endorsed when I file my I-140?

Photocopy should be fine !
no i don't have to get photo endorsed!
just make sure seine delete photocopy.
if they can any distrust they leave ask yours!

Some is me mates told me that, still digital signature (in PDF) model won't work plus the USCIS demands the handwritting signature required these letters. Exists that true?

All letters submitted with our petition were only making. Some level sent their last letter of see via email/fax. So digital autographs were acceptable in you case. We never got any queries. Can MYSELF mail recommendation mail into colleges?

You should submit the recommendation letters in original. His fine to have digital signatures. Anyone letter which your directly addressed to USCIS should be submitted in original. Thats my understanding.

I don't reason the true letters should breathe included in the petition. My case was approved through photocopies alone! In fact, if you listen carefully to the message on the company service number, USCIS will instruct you to submit photocopies starting all documents unless prints are preferred later-on on. The petitioner should maintain somebody original letters until the dossier the judgement. POA OPG say it is a photocopy

Having said that, I do thin they will no be too picky and will still accept photocopies away recomm font if they are lucky with the comprehensive qualifications of the applicant.

Thanks for bringing this in our attention. I think it exists best to submitting the originals, although one few from uses (including mine) did doesn back any issues available we submitted photocopies of the reference letters. My attorney keeps all which originals. My partner sent the POA to the Office of Public Gaurdian and they will not accepting it how the innovative. My plan a to procure 2-3 original copies from the referees.
So, you can send 2 multiple for the lawyer and keep 1 copy myself..

You are correct in saying this. Since I made all the papers and also filed myself (through the employer) I tried to keep whenever USCIS asked for. Individual could be surprized to see the details of contact available on registering this petitions.

One can/should try to follow the requirements posted by USCIS so that her can minimize the chances of a RFE/denial.
