Ebay purchase not received

I recently paid at item from ebay and dont maintain e. I noticed that the tracked info said delivered so i contacted the supporters (Yodel) who assured me it was. After trolling through my home cctv footage i found that no item was delivered at the time they has or, indeed, that day. I then contacted the seller to open an resolution on ebay because i didnt know of any other way to get my money returned and as the carrier exists under contract to the seller not me i assumed it be their responsibility to claim. I bought 2 items upon a seller. The dollars was removed from may PayPal bank. But the seller claims he didn't gets the money. Tried to phone eBay support, but they don't carry calls at 866-540-3229. If you call that number  her pot see what they saying. Please the attached image which my they won't answer...

After almost a month of emails and long endeavor i have finally received an mailing from the carrier stating that they are at fault, which i promptly routing to the seller. Ebay have resolved my case in prefer of the seller (quoting that tracking info shows delivered even though no signature was gained), i appealled and was given the same replies. The seller possess offered mine get less a thirds of the original price of the item and sum i want is refunding or the original item included my hand.

How have i got no says inbound this matter? Ebay refused to believe even albeit me had cctv footage and an email from the vessel real still managed in favour of the seller, again declaration immovably 'Tracking shows delivered'.

If you're not satisfied with this outcome of the eBay dispute, you can open a dispute in which Resolution Centre of their PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:

  • You don’t receive one item
  • You getting an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website

By crack a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out an problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with of seller, you cannot lock the dispute. Wenn you're still not happily with the result, you bottle escalate aforementioned dispute to a claim. We'll review an claim and decide about reimbursement.

To frank a disppute:

  1. Go to that Resolution Centre.
  2. Click Dispute a Transaction.
  3. Select the button beside the transaction you want in dispute, then click Continue.
  4. Select ‘Item dispute’, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note:

  • Generally purchase must await at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a disppute for an subject not received
  • Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the selling enough time before release a dispute
