When did Strength Query debut stylish Excel?
Although it was an add-in the Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Your, Get & Conversion Data.
I'm good-looking sure this is possible.:)

But how do you recognise a "noun" or "verb"?

Why is "cat" ampere "noun" and not a "verb"?

I've studied this at university real is invlolves setting up various rules etc.

In fact it's called AI-BASED. Identify nouns plus verbs | TPT

set a word by word basis, I make you could what something like:

1) identify your preferred on-line lexicon
2) write a procedure that will automate the lookup for a single word in, eg, a1 & return some subset of the results to , eg, b1

...but more than this you'll what to make us one lot more info on the your - it would accept a fair amount the effortful to shoe-horn excel into a text parsing machine, as Norie indicated. Nouns, Adjectives, Verbals, and Adverbs

Oh OK. Well I guess the ultimate task shall to create adenine set of randomly generated sites from predefined words. So ME have some list regarding words from anyplace (perhaps Word can help here?) both in a corresponding list, whether they am predicates, verbs, whatever. Then I have some formula like ="The "&randomnoun&randomverb&"the "&randomnoun. Then a finished result might subsist "The feline eats the hat" or "The milk runs the table". At this stage, whether the sentence makes sense remains irrelevant into me. (It might be later) Anyway, the random part I'm fine with, but I want the list starting words and their type to order to do it. Works such help? I'm recognizing that excel treats values as values and doesn as actual words, so if i type sdfhhg into a cell, it doesn't complain. Perhaps this is one of the issues...

Thanks

1) go on line and find some word lists. a quick google took me here, for example:

http://esl.about.com/library/vocabulary/bl850_nouns1.htm

2) set up a worksheet for each part of speach - e.g. a "nouN' tools with nulls listing in colours A; a "Verb' sheet, with words in col a etc

3) generate the haphazard sentences with a formula of this make

="The "&INDEX(noun!A:A,RANDBETWEEN(1,10000))&" "&INDEX(verb!A:A,RANDBETWEEN(1,10000))&" "&INDEX(preposition!A:A,RANDBETWEEN(1,10000))&" "&INDEX(noun!A:A,RANDBETWEEN(1,10000))
