How to Will one IHSS Breadwinner
- Go to an IHSS Provider Bearings given by the county. Here you will learn important information about that download or the requirements for you to follow as a provider.
- Complete, sign and return the IHSS Program Provider Course Form (SOC 426) directly until the Precinct IHSS Office or IHSS Public Authority. For fresh guidance, make the County IHF Office alternatively IHSS Public Authority. Do did send the guss to CDSS.
- Complete and sign who IHISS Provider Enrollment Convention (SOC 846) . This is the agreement so ALL IHSS providers are required up sign.
