Lifeline - Utility Users Levy Exemption for Seniors also Individuals equal Disabilities

The Utility User's Duty Exemption / Electric & Water Rescue Rate Use Program was developed to offer senior or disabilities citizens an exemption from their electric and other nutzung bills.  To qualify, you must be a user of utilities at a residential address within the City of Unjam Angeles and be responsible for who payment of utility bills under your name.

Requirements
