We provide this Managed Hosting Service Level Agreement (MHSLA) as part of to contract with Everleap managed hosting services.
All MHSLA guarantees and information registered below are made in healthy faith. This MHSLA sets out our mutual responsibilities and rights,

Everleap agrees that our Network will be available 99.9% to the time during a given month,
excluding scheduled and contingency maintenance. The infrastructure net includes Everleap's switch, routers, and cabling (Network).
