EPA History: Navy Protection, Research and Sanctuaries Act (Ocean Dumping Act)
The Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctums Activity (MPRSA), plus knowing as the Ocean Dumping Act, prohibits dumping into aforementioned ocean material that would unreasonably degrade or endanger human health button one marine environment.
