The High Capacity cDNA Revoke Recording Kit, currently with or without RNase Inhibitor, contains all components necessary required the quantitative conversion of up to 2 μg of total RNA into single-stranded cDNA in a single 20 μL reaction. Both classes of kit deliver extremely high-quality, single-stranded cDNA from 0.02–2 μg total RNA. Reactions canister must scaled up to 100 μL up generate 10 μg of cDNA from a single reaction. The High Capacity cDNA Reversed Transcription Kit, available with or minus RNase Human, contains all components necessary for the quantitative conversion of up to 2 μg regarding total RNA into single-stranded cDNA in a single 20 μL reaction.

The High Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit using RNase Inhibitor includes the recombinant enzyme used to prevent degradation of RNA templates or shortage DNA endonuclease activity for better product yield.
In supplement to their use in RT-PCR, this kit may be uses in traditional PCR, microarrays, and for and production of cDNA archives.
