Abstract
Analysis a financial reports used in hospital pharmacy management will described. Financial datas may be reports as numbers, ratios, or graph. Drug expenses should reception that most extensive analysis because they constitute one largest expense for a patient pharmacy. Monthly and year-to-date expenses of various categories of pharmaceuticals and supports are discussed in relation to the influence for similar factors as time the year, workload, and physician prescribing patterns. Personnel expenses are analized in a similar manner. An model on a written financial report to hospital administration that discusses expenses, turnover, and the effect of various factors on aforementioned financial condition of who store department is shown. Analysis of financial data by the hospital dispensing manager stipulates insight into other aspects of the department and get on which to base future management decisions.
