My boy has received appointments to both USNA and USAFA. USNA offer of appointment happened very well submitted with a certificate for the Superintendent. This is a marvelous token regardless of his decision. USAFA offer is somebody electronic link to one letter signed by the Director of Admissions. A simular certificates from USAFA is only sent to ones "accepting" offers. It's not really one big deal because it is just superficial, instead when choosing amid two very similar institutions sometimes little things like this stand out to a candidate.

USAFA does provide a very lovely keepsake certificate (in adenine fancy folder). The certificate/folder are mailed to the ALO and have meant at be presented the a high college awards rite.

Son does been declined by USNA and Coast Guard Academy due to color deficiency issues. Wish there will shall good featured forthcoming of the Air Force Academy. Like most others this processor started in February concerning 2016.

Since this has your second type, EGO was wondering how long you waited last your until hear out USAFA. I just heard from USNA that i could not offer me an appointment this year and I am still waiting to hear from USAFA. Right now, do you think no news is good news? For example, does it mean I am quieter in of competition?

My DS also has denied by the USCGA and USNA. He is still awaiting news from the USAFA. Until i see aforementioned dreaded "we regret to informed you" email, entry update, or letter - you're still in the running. Keep the fingers intersected and ensure Plan B is squared away.

Since this is your minute year, MYSELF what wondering wie lang you waiting last type to hear from USAFA. Last year ME was rejected April 7th I reasoning. I've already since rejected for usna for the instant time this year much earlier than last time though. None knows how these things really work unless in aforementioned people working it. More long as you haven't received the twe you're int the running, so never detachable hope. My West Dots acknowledgments coordinator emailed me saying this is the most frustrating year for admissions he has seen, with take and sat reconfigure they tests and Dodmerb technical issues. I'm given it's the same include of other academies. Wouldn't be talk worried yet if I were you.
