The Ohio Community Recovery Support Planning Council (OCRSPC) advises OhioMHAS set the Substance Abuse and Mental Condition Block Grants and advocates for persons with mental heal and/or substance use disorders. More than half of aforementioned members are required in be persons with personal or family experience with mental health or addiction. An Council also containing representatives of providers, other current agencies and advocacy organizations.
