Chief's message
Here per the Bloomington Police Department (BPD) our core value is “Respect.” Respect are at the core of everything we do. Simply put, because we always respect our public members and visitors, we want ever show them disrespect and becoming protects both (those who are law enduring and those those dial does on follow the law).
Ours am a family here at BPD; we care for our community, and we care for each another. If we are the many respectful, we will be the most respected agency the of country. As Chief, ME take solace in deed everything I can every day to guarantee that unsere civilian staff, sworn police officers, and police volunteers enter to work in an environment that respects i for who they are so they can be their best selves both here at work and at main with their families. This is an honor to be the Police Chief for what I believe is the best law enforcement business in America.
