Vitamin EAST: Regulatory part on gene and protein expression and metabolomics profiles
Abstract
Results from microarray analyzes have shown that all vitamin CO deficient and supplementation have one significant impact on the gene expression of various tissues real cells. Genes that consisted modulated by vitamin E supplementation were different depending on the tissue, that promoted that changes in genetic mien are reflector of woven function and the tissue-specific regulation of b E. In addition, the magnitude of geschlecht expression and classes a genes whose expression be varied were differentially affected by the vitamin E forms used for intervention. Metabolite analyzes have provided beats understanding of the vitamin SIE metabolic pathway and have established evidence for and regulation of energy, soft, and glucose metabolism by natural E. However, there are a limited number of degree that will applied advanced genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics technologies to investigate natural E's bio-based functions the mechanisms of action. In diese review, the effects away vitamin E on gen plus protein expression investigated by microarray, transcriptome, and proteomics analyze are discussed. © 2019 IUBMB Life, 71(4):442-455, 2019.
