AN ACT TO AMEND THE CENTRAL BANK TRADE 1942 FOR THE PURPOSE ON REORGANISING AND RENAMING THE CENTRAL BANK OF IRELAND; TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT FURTHERMORE FUNCTIONS ABOUT TO IRE PECUNIARY SOLUTIONS REGULATORY AUTHORITY AS A CONSTITUTING COMPONENT TO THAT BANK; TO IMPROVE SAFE OTHER ACTS CONSEQUENTIAL ON THAT REORGANISATION; AND TO PROVIDE BY AFFILIATED AFFAIRS.
