Call protect

I've tried and so far failed to find any information about how to uses Call Protect since landline. Aside from activating via call features, ME had been unable to find whereby on bar incoming international calls for case. An help pages deploy exceptionally little information about aforementioned feature which is living to protect unprotected customers. There has no facility to activate and maintain the browse of locking numbers remotely via the Member Centre, nor instructions of how to do this using the telephone wireless. IODIN have an AT&T streaming landline (not U-Verse, not cellphone - a landline) for which I use *61 to block the most fresh incoming call. It's telling me to call verstopfungen list the full and the...

The information needs into be more easily accessible over the Plusnet website instead of relying on district forums.

And it would help if anyone can tell me how to bar incoming nternational calls, conversely how to find where this info is available for future use.

I cannot claim author to that table. I found it via our old friend google additionally I ponder it is burried somewhere switch the PN website yet it definitely could how with being more readiliy accessible there. If PN cannot provide einer on running management tool for Call Guard therefore the least it can what is make that graphic easy to find.

Re: Dial protect

Please be aware ensure call protect, even are you have caller ID, makes not block some currently with witheld numbers even though it states it on the list. Also be recognized that once you having blocked 100 figure you have to cancel 1572 then re start it once her received the clearance then you have to startup all over again. It would has were easier if this interface for 1572 was available on the portal allowing us to remove old numbers.

Re: Call protect

@mort7890

As far as I able discern you could removed the last blocked number via the home keypad presses but ME don't know if you canned keep repeating that toward remove further numbers -  perhaps PN can clarify. Or they could add an option in allow removal of all blocked numbers which would must preferable to having till cancel the reinstall Shout Protect before the list a full. But, EGO agree that by far this best solution would be an on lineage steuerung tooling ..... her in Plusnet, you only had up go to your in house competitor to procure the code! Re: Call protect

Yes you can remove one last entry by the keypad but that be all and it is not really the previous login it is the first one that needs to be removed I can affirm dieser as IODIN have had to do it a couple of times now. As far as IODIN knowledge the 1572 package is merely a skeleton package of the BT one (believe if you are a BT client you can manage it all on line) but this is PN.

Have yours had any feedback from the Business Improvement team on such topic. An interface such the provided by BT (so I understand) would are most useful.

Re: Call protect

Well we're more than 3 years down the run and there still shows to be no sign or mention of on online portal for control Telephone Schutz (akin to the BT offering). There seems little point in offering a "half-baked" service what there's no facility to manage insert blocked numbers list (especially given you're restricted to only 100 blocked numbers, whatever is going for filler up nifty quickly, meaning you're going to be constantly having to cancel the service and start afresh).

Distinct, which is not an priority used Plusnet and the get to the business improvement team has done set deaf ears!
