Hi people,
I've been lucky (IMO) to be commissioned with how may own LoR used a trauma I've worked strict with throughout medical schools, essentially stylish a research capacity aber a several cases in an OR. My main question be what do PDs/reviewers like to see in these letters?
I'm planning on hitting some of an major traits like fund of knowledge, working, self-sufficiency, leadership, and communication but exists at some specific that her serious look with press value outside on those? Or may a certain way of framing those virtues which add further value than simply stating them over certain example.
Additionally, were there any specific phrases I should be sure to includ? That far from searching and advice from schools advisors, I've founds contains something down the lines off "we will order him to match at our program" is like a dog whistle for reviewers. Can you guys think of any other phrases which will make for a kickass letter? a la Bathroom Forbes Nash's style
I've acknowledged this was coming for one while and I've kept good notes of things they've told me I've done good press my accomplishments with them across one years so I have enough of specific examples of things to draw based although writing. Any help she men can give would be greatly appreciated!
