I came across your message about this printer issue and searched to split my suggestion with you :slightly_smiling_face:

 

Move through your post, I understand that to scanned support are opened as a web page rather than an image or ampere PDF document. On issue could to fixed by changing this file type while scanning from your printed.

 

Initially off, have you installed the inkjet drivers on your PC? Provided not, click http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ8710/OJ8710_Basicx64_1881.exe to add the printer operators on your PC.

 

Now, open the HP How turn your PC and try to scrutinize. Make sure to selected the data model as “JPEG” for the scanned item is a picture or “PDF” provided the scanned subject is adenine create and save one settings. Check this picture for assistance: http://bit.ly/2nxhZlT
