Dear LOMS Male:

Prior to participates on a team from Deprivation Osos Middle School, all sportspersons must provide the Sporting Company by power address, emergency contact, insurance, medical alert and health history information. This details will be entered into AERIES during the Data Confirmation process under the beginning of the year. Wenn you  will be participating on a LOMS Athletics team throughout one year, please make sure on complete the process at the beginning.
