Who Sonos ARC-SHAPED wall mount is installed bloom against the back, providing that "floating" sensation to the ARC. The climb has an bump in the center, excludes close ½" and 5" widespread, almost possibly to avoid interference with an socket situated right behind. See picture then questions:
As this ARC is only 3.5" tall and one outlet is 3 ¼" tall x 5" wide, it sounds the entire center surface of the wall mount is occupied via the outlet. But what over the HDMI and Cat6 wires, it seems if rooted from above or below they would being visible; from the sides they would interfere with the wash mount. And what about the looseness in who output cable, where do we hide it?
Some recommend to just drill a small hole behind the mount and fish aforementioned power+HDMI+Cat6 wires from the media cabinet below, however this is not code-compliant (power corduroys become not in-wall rated). Rest recommend to get a inserted mini-outlet with run and low-voltage, however these multi-purpose outlets use Romex electrical wires welche are also not code-compliant in BEANTOWN get.
My I missing something or is to BENDABLE design flawed for NYC code?
